Montessori East has been part of the East Nashville neighborhood since 2009. We’re a small school, about 150 children from 18 months through 8th grade, spread across two campuses on Porter Road. Our classrooms are calm, beautiful spaces where children are trusted to choose meaningful work, move at their own pace, and take care of one another. Our guides get to know each child well, and families get to know each other too. We think childhood deserves time, curiosity, and room to grow, and we’ve built a school around that idea.
